Great quality as is the back shock I purchased and installed from the same manufacturer. Alice is a very thorough and knowledgeable sales associate. The shocks are very easy to install, fitment was precise, and adjustment is simple. Noticeable improvement in the bike handling and shock dampening over stock non adjustable shocks. I am using my personal bike as a showcase to provide this item to other riders with the same suspension limitations.

The customer service provided was extremely thorough, the agent was very knowledgeable, and went over every available option for the stock I ordered. I have yet to install the item however, it was packaged very well, double boxed and well sealed! I will write another review once installed and I have some miles on the shock. If the shock performs anything like it looks, then it will be top of the line. The quality, weight, and finish of the item is excellent! I appreciate the features and quality of the shock, very impressed so far!
